  • To provision, activate, and maintain your internet/broadband connection
  • To process billing, generate invoices, and manage payments and refunds
  • To provide customer support and respond to service requests or complaints
  • To monitor network performance, usage, and troubleshoot technical issues
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, or misuse of the Portal
  • To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful requests from authorities
  • To send you service notifications, billing reminders, and important account updates

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With internal departments (billing, network operations, and customer support) strictly for service delivery purposes
  • With trusted third-party vendors who support payment processing, hosting, or IT infrastructure, under confidentiality obligations
  • With regulatory bodies, law enforcement, or government authorities where required by Bhutanese law or a valid legal request
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets, subject to continued protection of your data

4. Data Storage and Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Encrypted transmission of data between your device and our servers
  • Access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal, regulatory, billing, and dispute-resolution requirements. Technical and log data (such as login IP addresses and session records) are retained only for as long as necessary for security and operational purposes, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized.

The Portal uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how you use our services. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may limit certain Portal functionality.

  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion of your personal information, where legally permissible
  • Withdraw consent for optional data processing activities (e.g., marketing communications)

The Portal is intended for use by individuals who are legally able to enter into a service contract. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Portal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
